LoL Patch 9.15: #5 Things I Want to See & #3 Things I Don’t

Mystery! Yeah! There is a mystery going around the release of LoL 9.15 patch update. Besides, with the recent LoL Patch update 9.14, Riot Games has made several changes. So, now, all the LoL fans has much higher expectation from the developers.

Although, it isn’t right to make speculation about the upcoming update. But in this post, I will mention #5 things that I want & #5 things that I don’t want in the upcoming update.

#5 Things I want to See in LoL Patch 9.15

1. Bugs! Bugs! Bugs!

No. No. No. Don’t think I want bugs in the upcoming LoL patch update. All I wanted to say was, I’m fed up all the constant bugs in the game. In fact, these bugs have my made my life miserable as bugs distracts me whenever I’m playing the game. So, I expect from the developers to remove all these bugs in the next big update.

2. Teamfight Tactics Quality of Life Changes

Since the release of Teamfight Tactics in the LoL, it has been the hottest topic of the game. Although, this feature is still in beta stage, I expect the next update to improve the quality pf life in Teamfight Tactiks.

3. Connection Between TFT & League

Stop Reading!!!! Have you played LoL before? “What stupid question is this?” That’s what you might be thinking. But don’t get me wrong. All I wanted to do was to make sure that you’re familiar with the game. It will be easier for me to make sure you understand everything that I’m saying.

Well, if you’ve played the game before then you might already know that both League & TFT share the same characters and client. In the upcoming LoL Patch update, I would love to see some quests that can give rewards.

4. Countering Mechanics

Recently, there is several talks going around regarding the Riot’s decision to include champions counter annoying abilities like mobility, healing & shielding. I would love to see these changes in the future updates.

5. The PROJECT Skins

In the recent trailer of LoL, Project skins were revealed. I am expecting all of them to release officially in the upcoming 9.15 patch update. I would love to purchase them as soon as they’re live.

#5 Things I don’t Want to See in League of Legends Patch 9.15

1. More Shield Breaking

In the recent update, a new mechanics of breaking opponents shield was introduced. Although, this feature is available only for two champions— Blitzcrank, & Renekton. But don’t want any more champion to get the same feature in the foreseeable future.

2. More Ryze Changes

For so many, I’m have seen Ryze getting numerous updates. I don’t want to see him any more updates. Now, all I hope is of him to settle down at a much more stationary place.

3. New Champion

As teased by Riot Games, the last champion of the year will be “Unique Marksman”. I would love to see the new champion in the future but now is not the perfect time.

Official League of Legends Patch Notes 9.14.

On the official website of League of Legends, the developers released the complete patch notes of update 9.14. Here is everything that is listed on the official website.

“Hey, all! We’re finally at the halfway point of the season. How’s your Ranked climb going? How are your TFT games going? For more details on the schedule for future patches for the remainder of the year, please check out the Patch Schedule on the Support page! Also, tell your friends and bookmark that link!

During this patch, we’re introducing certain counter mechanics to some champions’ existing abilities. Our general thought is: Having natural counters to common and powerful effects in the game will help make it healthier in the long-term.

And as a part of our overarching Summoner’s Rift balance strategy, we want to continue encouraging diversity in lane picks and push safer and more reliable champions to a more “sharp” space like other champions are in currently.

Hopefully, the existence of these counters also introduces a slew of not-as-present champions to the mix in all levels of play. We were very selective in the champions we chose to add these mechanics to, keeping in mind their status in the game currently.

We believe, in the long term, these additions will make pros’ draft priorities more robust which can lessen the amount of nerf cycles on certain champions and allow us more opportunities to give more love and attention to others.

With these points in mind, here are the counters that will be added to specific champions in 9.14:

  • Anti-shield
  • Anti-healing
  • Flat damage reduction
  • Improvements to true sight mechanics
  • Anti-mobility

These changes are the last planned round of significant pattern-level or mechanic updates to champions before the end of the season. That being said, we won’t turn a blind eye to game-impacting things that may crop up during the rest of the year.” Source
