A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held
01-14-09, 10:00 A.M., at City
Hall, 5th floor conference room. Pensacola
City Ordinance #61- 89 established a local Small
Business Enterprise Program (SBE). The SBE
participation
goal for this project is 10%. For further
